I am an author and attorney. Electronic versions of some of my publications can be "googled" (or located through an internet search engine). My research and writing interests generally focus upon the intersections of law and technology, including an examination of law in the context of the social and political dimensions of computer-mediated communications (one example of this is my interest in the intersection of the law of privacy and the high-tech workplace); in addition, I spend a substantial amount of time focusing on matters involving administrative law as an attorney for the federal government.
